Fitch Credit ratings improve Michigan’s credit rating to “AA”

Fitch Ratings Inc. improved Michigan’s bond rating in lights of the state’s remarkable comeback. It was the first time a credit agency upgraded Michigan’s rating since Governor Snyder took office.
